Shipping and Returns
Just like you, inflation is squeezing us from the gas pumps to the grocery store shelves. Our biggest cost in business right now is shipping… The further the distance a package travels, the more it costs to ship. Thus, we have a zoned-rate shipping fee based on the geographical area you live. But rather than sending our profits to the postage companies, we are going to pass those directly to you when you put more of your favorite products into a box!
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
Please note any order placed after 2:30 PM MST, or on weekends, will be treated as an order placed the following business day. Delivery times may increase during peak order times, such as promotional periods and holidays.
Although we may need to ship your items in separate packages, we will do our best to fit it in as few shipments as possible to reduce waste.
When your package ships, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to contact us and our support team will do our best to get your order shipped to an alternate address.
Returns and Exchanges
We're confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase. We are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality product, and feeding you like we feed our own family. Every product purchased from our website is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price if you notify us within 30 days of purchase. It's that simple.
In the event an error has occurred with your order or some other issue has arisen, please contact us and we will be more than happy to rectify any issues in a timely manner.
How to Return an Item
Please return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with the original packing slip that came with your order. If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name, e-mail address, and phone number. Make sure 'return' and your order number are written legibly on the outside of the package.

For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Once the package has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by 1908 Brands.
