- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 lbs chicken wings

STEP 1: Add chicken wings to a large ziploc bag, with half the lemon zest, Schultz's Gourmet Lemon Garlic Cooking Sauce, 1 tbsp pepper, olive oil, and salt in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Close and shake to mix.
STEP 2: Push out most of the air and close the bag. Spread the marinade and wings evenly in the bag. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, but for best flavor, marinate overnight.
STEP 3: If using a charcoal grill, move the coals to one side of your grill kettle. If using a gas grill, set your heat to medium. Your grill temperature should be about 350 degrees.
STEP 4: Prep your grill with some cooking spray and evenly spread wings across grates, to ensure you're not over crowding. If needed you may cook your wins in batches. Cook wings with the grill lid closed, flip Depending on thickness and size of the wings, they should take about 20-25 minutes to cook. If you have some smaller pieces, keep an eye on them as they may cook faster.
STEP 5: In a medium bowl, combine parmesan, garlic salt, remaining lemon zest, remaining pepper and parsley. Once wings are finished cooking, toss them in the parmesan mixture until evenly coated. Severe immediately with additional Schultz's Gourmet Lemon Garlic Sauce for dipping.
