Chili and Chocolate are an unusual pairing but they truly are a match made in heaven! With this Chocolate Chili Fudge recipe we take classic, sweet and creamy fudge, and add a little chili powder and cayenne for a kick you never knew you need until now!

- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make
STEP 1: Lightly grease and 8x8 pan.
STEP 2: In a large sauce pan over medium high heat, combine marshmallow fluff, sugar, butter, evaporated milk and salt. Bring to boil and cook stirring constantly, about 5-7 minutes.
STEP 3: Remove sauce pan from heat and mix in semisweet chocolate chips stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in chili powder, cayenne pepper, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and allow to set before cutting, 30 minutes in the fridge should do the trick. Enjoy!
