Forget the tortilla chips! We're cooking up Buffalo Totchos—yep, you read that right TOTchos. Made with crispy golden tater tots, savory chicken, doused in our buffalo-style sauce and sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles, these Buffalo Totchos are beyond crave-worthy!

- 1 pound frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 ribs celery, sliced thin, leaves reserved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups Schultz's Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 cups ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
How To Make
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
STEP 2: In a large mixing bowl, toss the tater tots with chili powder and cumin until even coated. Arrange the seasoned tots on a baking sheet and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
STEP 3: While the tots bake, heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in the skillet and add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Then, add the celery, garlic and half of the green onions.
STEP 4: Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Add Schultz's Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Sauce to the skilled and allow to simmer 1-2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
STEP 5: Once the tater tots are cooked and crispy, remove from the oven. Heat your broiler to HI. Top the tater tots with half of the cheese. Spoon the chicken over the tots. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the chicken. Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook until the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown, about 2-3 minutes. Make sure you keep a close eye it so it does not burn!
STEP 6: While your totchos broil, add the ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles to a small bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and stir until combined.
STEP 7: Carefully remove the totchos from the oven. Drizzle with blue cheese ranch and any remaining skillet sauce. Garnish with celery leaves and remaining green onion. Enjoy!
