This summer, make Meatless Monday's something that the whole family looks forward to with these BBQ Tofu Skewers. Grilled tofu, smothered in BBQ and perfectly caramelized, make for the perfect vegetarian entree!

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed
- 3/4 cup Schultz's Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
How To Make
STEP 1: Prepare your grill by lightly oiling the grates and setting it to a medium heat.
STEP 2: Slice the pressed tofu into 8 long sticks, to do this cut the tofu in half lengthwise and then cut the two large rectangles into 8 even pieces.
STEP 3: Thread the tofu onto the skewers lengthwise, being sure to skewer almost to the top without going through. Using a basting brush, coat all the sides of the tofu with barbecue sauce.
STEP 4: Add the tofu onto the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until there are visible grill marks. If the tofu begins to burn, lower the heat on your grill. Each time you flip the tofu, brush it with more barbecue sauce. Flip 3-6 times to ensure that the barbecue sauce has caramelized on the tofu. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
