- 4 slices white or sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 ½ cups warmed BBQ pulled pork
- 4 oz Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Schultz's Gourmet Tangy Mustard BBQ Sauce
How To Make
STEP 1: Spread a layer of Schultz's Gourmet Tangy Mustard BBQ Sauce on each slice. Divide the cheese between all of the slices and top the cheese on just of the two slices with the BBQ pulled pork.
STEP 2: Heat a tablespoon of butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sandwiches to the butter and cook, covering the pan with a lid or sheet of aluminum foil for about 3-5 minutes; this will ensure heat melts the cheese and heats the pork through.
STEP 3: Once the cheese begins to melt and the bottoms of the sandwiches are golden brown, remove the sandwiches. Heat a second tablespoon of butter, and add the sandwiches back to the pan (uncooked side down).
STEP 4: When the bottom of the sandwich is perfectly golden and the cheese is fully melted, remove from the pan, cut, and serve hot and gooey. Enjoy!
