Baked Rigatoni

This simple pasta bake recipe is a favorite of ours. It's an easy to prepare, wholesome meal that only requires 4 total ingredients. That means a short amount of prep and more time to enjoy dinner with your friends or family. You can easily personalize the recipe as well by replacing either the ground beef with a different type of meat, or adding another kind of cheese as a topping or into the casserole itself. No matter how you decide to prepare it, this version of baked rigatoni is sure to have everyone reaching for seconds. Enjoy!


How to Make

Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 400°.

Step 2: Boil your box of dry rigatoni pasta as per box directions. Cook to al dente.

Step 3: Place ground beef in a medium-large non-stick pan, over a medium-high heat. Breaking up the ground beef into equal size pieces as it cooks. You’re looking for your meat to brown in color.

Step 4: Start with an oven safe baking dish, ladle in your pre-heated Pasta Jay’s Classic Marinara in the bottom of the baking dish; about a cup.

Step 5: In a mixing bowl, add your ground beef to your al dente pasta and mix together. Add to your oven safe baking dish. Ladle your Pasta Jay’s sauce to desired liking. Top with mozzarella.

Step 6: Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. You’re looking for bubbling cheese and browned edges. Garnish with parmigiana and parsley.

Pasta Jay’s Tip: Add a little extra marinara sauce to the top before serving.
