Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms are crunchy on top with a creamy and juicy center. They are loaded with flavor and are a must-make appetizer for your next party. Cremini mushrooms work great, they're the perfect bite-size option and the flavor is mild enough to let the sausage-y goodness really shine.


  • 18 Cremini mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
  • ¾ lb. Italian Sausage (mild, but use hot if you want to kick up the heat)
  • ⅓ cup Pasta Jay's Classic Marinara (for dipping)

How To Make

STEP 1: Remove the stems from Cremini mushrooms.

STEP 2: Fill each mushroom cap with uncooked Italian sausage.

STEP 3: Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F until the sausage is cooked and brown and mushrooms are tender, about 25 minutes.

STEP 4: Serve with a side of warmed marinara for dipping.
